As with many large companies Experian does receive conflicting responses across the various review sites and from customers, and there has been both positive and negative feedback regarding the level of services provided by ProtectMyID. However ProtectMyID have been accredited by the Better Business Bureau in recognition of its good business practises and customer support, and the website is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL), so all the information you share with ProtectMyID will be held securely.
